BALLET BOOTCAMP

6 WEEK PROGRAM

This one’s for all the dance lovers, or maybe even those who wish they’d learnt a little Ballet but never quite got around to it.

Adults Ballet Bootcamp - over 6 weeks, you’ll learn the basics of Ballet. From Ronde De Jambe to Pirouettes - Battement to Jete.

Join our beautiful Ballerina Tiarna as she teaches you the basics of ballet at the Barre; including some strength, conditioning and flexibility exercises. You’ll also do some centre work where you’ll start to piece together the ballet basics into fluid movements. Then you’ll start learning a choreographed routine.

DATES:
This program runs for 6 weeks, from 17th February to 23rd March.
Classes will be one hour long, running on Monday nights from 7 - 8pm.

COST:

  • Program Pass: $120 (covers you for all 6 classes).

  • or FREE for 6 Month Unlimited Members.

Please try to make it to every class over the 6 week period, as we cannot transfer any unused classes to our regular Barre & Bike scheduled classes.

WHAT TO WEAR:
No need for tutus or leotards, your good old activewear is fine for this one. Ballet flats would be an ideal first choice of footwear, otherwise grippy socks will do the trick.

There are only 15 spots available in this Program and you must register to hold your place. First in, best dressed!
